Welcome, I’m Eneko, a PhD student in Operations Research at the University of Zurich under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Oleg Prokopyev. I earned a BSc in Mathematics from EPFL (2020) and an MSc in Applied Mathematics from ETH Zurich (2022). Before starting my doctorate, I gained industry experience as:

• a Quantitative Risk Management intern at Axpo
• a Machine Learning Engineer intern at the Swiss National Bank
• a Consultant at Deloitte

My research interest sits at the intersection of online learning, optimization, and game theory. My goal is to design algorithms that make decisions in interactive and uncertain environments. On the application side, I apply these ideas to revenue management, with a focus on assortment planning.
