Hello — I’m Eneko, a PhD student in Operations Research at the University of Zurich under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Oleg Prokopyev. My name is Basque, and I am from the Northern (French) Basque Country; feel free to explore the region’s geography and history for context.

I earned a BSc in Mathematics from EPFL (2020) and an MSc in Applied Mathematics from ETH Zurich (2022). Before starting my doctorate, I gained industry experience as:

• a Machine Learning Engineer intern at the Swiss National Bank
• a Consultant at Deloitte

My research sits at the intersection of mathematical programming and learning, with a current focus on bilevel mixed‑integer optimization, learning & online optimization, and dynamic assortment planning. I’m always open to nice discussions—feel free to reach out!
